Yin & Tonic – In our signature Yin & Tonic class, we move through a series of floor based supported yoga asana. The poses, which are held for a few minutes, are intermingled a reprise of gentle conscious moments and myofascial release techniques. The reprise of gentle movement and myofascial release are wonderfully effective for releasing muscle tension.
Slow Flow Fridays. This is actually a vinyasa class, but its so slow and juicy most Yogahubbers’ who love yin also love this class. It’s also a wonderful transition into the weekend.
