Non Linear Movement cultivates feelings of release unhelpful patterns and living as full aliveness.
Non Linear Movement is completely non-forceful and very gently guided by the teacher through the use of music and verbal cues. The teaches role is merely to create a container for practitioners natural bodily intelligence to emerge, guide and heal the practitioner. This practice was created by Austrian Michaela Boehm, who highly celebrated in her w as a gifted embodiment coach and counsellors for couples.
