The first event in this series, SPIRIT IN SOUND is presented by Mary Q & Minky G.

A community circle of care to gently lift our spirits and fill our cups.

Guitar and song duo, Mary and Minky create a community sharing circle that places joy and open heartedness at the its centre. Be free to be yourself, relax into stillness and receive, or participate in heart song, chants, meditations and sound healing. Move, dance, sing if the mood takes you there.

Come as you are and let’s journey a little while together.

Joyous performer and inspiring music teacher.

“Minky G delivers brilliant songwriting and her bubbly and energetic guitar playing complement her. She has been played on Triple J, jammed with Beyonce’s band and she is a warm, encouraging teacher.

About Mary Q

General practitioner, counsellor, seeker.

My journey into spirit has been beautiful if challenging. Facing every aspect, darkness and light with compassion, shedding conditioned patterns. There’s been stumbles, imperfection and divine grace.

With much gratitude and blessing I continue to deepen into love. I feel mother Earth as the loving consciousness she is. I experience the help of many awakened masters, in spirit form. We all have this help; it’s been so beautiful to feel their presence more clearly.
