If yoga has ever felt like something for other people — the bendy people, the confident people, the people who already own fancy activewear — this class is for you.

Yoga for Tight Bods is a welcoming space for anyone who feels tight, stiff, awkward, or unsure where they fit.

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or any special level of fitness. You belong here exactly as you are.

We’ll focus on simple, supportive movement to help you feel more comfortable in your body, with plenty of options and no pressure to push beyond what feels right.

It’s a class designed to help you move a little easier, breathe a little deeper, and discover that yoga was never meant to be exclusive. Yoga is for everybody — including yours.

The is a progressive 6 class course.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00pm to 5:15pm for 3 weeks.
