🌿 5-Week Yoga Journey at YogaHub 🌿
I’m excited to be offering a special 5-week yoga program at YogaHub! This series is designed to gently guide you into a regular practice that nourishes your body, mind, and breath.
Chair yoga isn’t just for seniors — it’s for anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive, and adaptable way.
✨ Accessible: Ideal if you spend long hours at a desk, have limited mobility, are recovering from injury, or simply prefer a more supported practice.
✨ Strength & Stability: Builds core strength and balance while reducing strain on joints.
✨ Posture & Flexibility: Helps release tension from shoulders, hips, and back
✨ Stress Relief: Combines gentle movement with breath awareness to calm the nervous system.
✨ Energy Boost: A great midday reset that leaves you refreshed and focused without needing to get on the floor.
Chair yoga makes yoga inclusive for every age, body type, and level of experience. It’s not a “lesser” form of yoga — it’s a mindful, adaptable way to practice that meets you exactly where you are.
Over the 5 weeks, we’ll explore:
✨ Simple, steady postures to build strength and ease
✨ Breath techniques to calm the nervous system
✨ Gentle stretches for mobility and release
✨ Practices that improve balance and posture
✨ Relaxation and meditation to restore energy
This is an inclusive and supportive space—open to all ages and abilities. You’ll be encouraged to use props and adapt poses in a way that feels safe and sustainable for your body.
Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, centred, and more connected to yourself.

About Celesta:
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years, working with people of all ages and abilities. Over this time, I’ve had the privilege of supporting students living with multiple sclerosis, cancer, arthritis, and other health challenges. These experiences have taught me that yoga is not about perfection or performance — it’s about finding safe, sustainable ways to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach blends evidence-based yoga therapy with a compassionate understanding of how stress, illness, and daily life affect the body and mind. Whether you’re joining chair yoga for accessibility, gentle flows for mobility, or restorative practices for healing, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and renewed.
