Irene Schneider

Irene is a designer, ceramicist, avid traveler, green thumb and beach lover – infusing yoga into her work as a designer. By teaching mindfulness techniques in her craft workshops such as Meditation and Clay Irene encourages people to open up, explore and connect within the process.

Irene’s classes blend creativity and inter-personal connection focusing on breath and meditation. Having travelled and studied numerous times to Mysore, India,  she is an avid practitioner of Ashtanga yoga. Irene loves teaching the Ashtanga method because of the softness and resilience that can be found in the strong dynamic asana practice.

As a complementary practice to Ashtanga Irene teaches Yin and gentle asana flow which can be accessible to everyone including those with injury and at every age. Creating a nurturing and supportive space, to inspire students to cultivate softness into their own practice and experiences.

Irene continues to learn, explore and is deeply dedicated to the study of yoga.
