How to Focus a Wandering Mind with Meredith Forder

Description

Do you have trouble focusing because your mind is easily distracted? Do you worry about what’s happened in the past or become anxious about what might happen in the future? Do you wake up in the middle of the night and find it almost impossible to get back to sleep?

If any of this concerns you, then you could benefit from this workshop, which investigates the human tendency for the mind to wander and worry—and introduces you to your ability to keep your mind CALM, focused and fulfilled throughout the day.

What We Cover

  • Know why your mind gets distracted and what you can do about it.
  • Understanding the most powerful force in the universe, your thoughts.
  • Distinguishing the mind and intellect and how to apply your intellect to transform your life.
  • Why you need to establish a purpose in life.
  • The power of contemplation and how a daily practice will enable clarity, focus, abundance and peace of mind.

The reason why this workshop is held over 2 days is to ensure time for morning reflection, practice and contemplation. On the 2nd day, you have the opportunity to gain PEACE and clarity by asking Meredith questions about your experience.
