The reason why this workshop is held over 2 days is to ensure time for morning reflection, practice and contemplation. On the 2nd day, you have the opportunity to gain PEACE and clarity by asking Meredith questions about your experience.

Meredith is the founder of Vedanta Retreats and The Happy Intellect—an initiative designed to help people THINK their way to a happier life.
