“When doubts haunt me, when disappointments stare me in the face, and when I see not one ray of light on the horizon, I turn to the Bhagavad Gita and find a verse to comfort me — and immediately I begin to smile in the midst of overwhelming sorrow. My life has been full of tragedies and if they have not left any visible and indelible effect on me, I owe it to the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.” — Mahatma Gandhi
The Bhagavad Gita is a jewel in the pendant of life. It teaches us how to be calm and composed, even in the most challenging situations.
Gems of the Gita is a transformational course and as the name suggests, it reveals hidden gems (lessons) from the Gita’s 701 verses.
The facilitator is philosopher Meredith Forder, who has spent over 25 years studying and researching the ancient wisdom of Vedanta (the philosophy of the Gita) and how it benefits modern-day health and happiness.
Meredith is offering a talk the week before the course starts, ‘Gain Peace and Prosperity with Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita’ which is free to attend. Curious? Learn more here.
