Downside Up: Handstand Like a Pro

Lose your balance to find stability: fall 1001 times, but do not give up. Balance is movement that must be nurtured physically and mentally. With time, effort and most importantly failure this journey can succeed.

Handstands can be used as a tool to care for your body and enhance core awareness. This practice can also build self-confidence, as well as making you grounded and improving balance.

This workshop combines playfulness, improvement and professionalism in a safe and trusting environment. Informed practices and techniques are used to achieve goals, tailored to each individual.

In this workshop you will:

  • Gain higher confidence in your body, no matter your background
  • Gain a deeper understanding of movement within your body
  • Learn a “know-how” method for ongoing practice
  • Have fun

About your teacher: Sam’s passions began with gymnastics training. He ran his first workshop in Italy, and he continues to teach today with an emphasis on empowering people by opening them up to elevated awareness, creating connections and finding hidden powers.
