Our Therapeutic yoga is tailored towards those with physical limitations, such as neck, knee and back issues or other degenerative conditions, such as arthritis.
The class runs for 60 mins and will include a short relaxation at the end.
The class is run by yoga teacher and physiotherapist, Sam Moylan. Sam specialises in offering yoga integrated physiotherapy treatment and he has a strong interest in the neurobiology of pain science.
Sam’s approach is peaceful and inclusive.
