This course is the second part of our early morning beginners courses. It is also suitable for anyone who has graduated from our Beginners Immersion and Yoga Foundations courses that would like to continue extending their practice in a supportive environment. The course is also a good option for those who have practiced Ashtanga yoga in the past and would like to get back into it and needing a refresher.
In this course we continue to build on the poses and skills learnt in the Beginners Immersion and Yoga Foundations Courses; with the intention that at the end of the course you will have a basic practice of your own that you can remember and feel confident joining our early morning Mysore program, as well as having confidence to jump into any other class on our timetable.
The course runs from 6:00AM – 7:30AM Monday to Thursday for two weeks (8 classes in total). On the Friday of the last week you can join the Early Morning Mysore group for a free class.
