Yoga can help expectant and new mothers physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and beyond. We will guide you through poses that can alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy such as backache, sciatica and digestive difficulties, as well as practice rest and relaxation.
You are very precious at this special time. Please check with your doctor, prior to attending, that you are fit and well to practice yoga while pregnant. You’ll find this class on our weekly timetable on Tuesday 7.30 to 8.30pm.
