This course is the second part of our early morning beginners courses. It is also suitable for anyone who has practiced Ashtanga yoga in the past and would like to get back into it and needing a refresher.
In this course we continue to build on the poses and skills learnt in the Beginners Immersion; with the intention that at the end of the course you will have a basic practice of your own that you can remember and feel confident joining our early morning Mysore program.
The course runs from 6am -7.15am Monday to Thursday for two weeks (8 classes in total). On the Friday of the last week you can join the early morning mysore for a free guided class.
