This course is the second module of our early morning beginners courses. It is also suitable for anyone who has practiced Ashtanga yoga in the past and would like to get back into it and needing a refresher or wishing to transition into Mysore Style Practice. In this course we continue to build on the poses and skills learnt in module one with the intention that at the end of the course you will have a basic practice of your own that you can remember.
The course runs from 6am -7.15am Monday to Thursday for two weeks (8 classes in total). On the Friday of the last week you can join the early morning mysore for a free guided class.
