This course is the second module of our evening and afternoon beginners courses. It is also suitable for anyone who has practiced Ashtanga yoga in the past and would like to get back into it and needing a refresher. In this course we continue to build on the poses and skills learnt in module one with the intention that at the end of the course you will have a basic practice of your own that you can remember.
